The purpose of Administrative law is to give the student a first hand knowledge of the legal framework that governs activity within the public sector. At the end of the course, the student should be able to:

-          describe the administrative law in broad terms;

-          explain, in broad terms, what the scope of administrative law is, what activities it regulates and what kinds of problems it is intended to solve;

-          explain, in broad terms, what the administrative law does, what its purpose is; and

-          describe the remedy of judicial review in broad terms.
