Dr. MUNANA MUGISHA Salim

Bio of the Founder & Owner, FinHouse Research and Training Center; Founder, MunanaHub eLearning Platform

Dr. Munana Mugisha Salim is a distinguished expert in governance, law, and economic development with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in Rwanda and throughout Africa. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance and Economics from Selinus University (Italy), a Master’s in Taxation, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Economics.

His extensive career covers justice sector reform, governance, human rights, and institutional transformation, having held senior roles within government institutions and worked as a Rule of Law Advisor with the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) and UNAMID (Sudan).

Dr. Munana is also a lecturer and published researcher, contributing to international journals on law, economics, and financial technology. He is passionate about improving access to justice, digital innovation, and inclusive socio-economic empowerment through education and research.

Through FinHouse Research and Training Center, a community benefit company registered in Rwanda (Incorporation, and its initiative MunanaHub eLearning Platform, Dr. Munana promotes lifelong learning and professional development across Africa
